Key responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Planning
Creating, developing, and implementing marketing strategies
Creating and developing brand strategies, direction, and implementation
Campaigns: Ideation and managing campaigns
Developing and overseeing channel strategy and management
Reporting on marketing performance and impact
Managing resources to ensure the successful delivery of services and campaigns
Commercial responsibility for the delivery of services and campaigns
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Liaising with internal teams, including creatives, content leads, and external copywriters, as well as clients and project managers
Working closely with clients to identify their requirements and deliver meaningful solutions that drive business impact and ROI
Identifying the best allocation of resources—whether internal, client-side, or third-party—to achieve business goals effectively
Advising clients on budget allocation to maximise performance
Overseeing and resourcing customer or market research as needed
Execution & Performance Monitoring
Implementing, developing, and managing multi-channel marketing strategies, both paid and unpaid
Collaborating with wider teams to create compelling campaigns and content
Identifying opportunities to enhance customer and user experiences
Advising on campaign KPIs and success metrics
Regularly analysing data to ensure campaigns meet objectives and KPIs
Maintaining a close and productive relationship with key client contacts to understand their business thoroughly
Presenting and reporting results to clients, identifying key trends, recommendations, best practices, and growth opportunities on a monthly basis
Taking ownership of client issues, ensuring they are resolved and escalated as appropriate
Leading and coordinating client delivery management
Exploring new ideas and innovations to enhance internal delivery and client service lines
Key requirements
- Proven track record and experience in developing strategy, brand and marketing management.
- Demonstrable evidence of the ability to provide marketing consultancy services based on a proven track record in brand management, campaign ideation and management.
- A real love for marketing and manufacturing
- A test and learn mindset
- The ability to recognise areas of weakness and proactively draw on colleagues and the wider market for help
- The ability to lead and confidently advise clients at C suite level based on objective data
- Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously across a number of disciplines, manage your own time, multiple clients and projects, effectively resourcing each project as required and commercially managing all projects demonstrating profitability and revenue generation through substantial sales uplifts on a per client basis.
